About Mollie
For years, I worked as a UX and product designer at SmartRent, where I specialized in accessibility. I was designing experiences that worked for everyone, not just the average user. When I was laid off due to AI-driven budget cuts, it forced a hard but clear realization: corporate design wasn't where I wanted to be. What I found instead was a love for working with small, independent brands, and helping them carve out a distinct identity and stand out with something human-made that AI can't replicate.

Outside of client work, I'm probably hanging out with my Shih-Tzu, Misa, or deep into a film or series (Maniac, Psych, and Silo are permanent favorites!). I'm endlessly curious about art in every form, and just as drawn to philosophy. I love digging into what actually drives people, what makes us tick, and how that shows up in the things we create. That curiosity is honestly where a lot of my design instincts come from.
